mysterious portal in wharftown seems to go nowhere

as title.

i'm *pretty sure* i know where it goes, but right now it takes me to the ooc portal area, where you pick a server. it's done it to me across 2 characters a few days apart. hasn't worked right for me yet, so i figured it might not just be me.

Reported problems with it a few days ago, although I was able to reach the ruins of Whaftown, but I was unable to go back to Shadow Wharftown.
