Citizens of Shadow Wharf

Please buff the citizens of Shadow Wharftown to be able to take on the shadows that lurk outside it's gates. Since the writs came to town it's become a common occurrence to see dead shade NPC's and a battered nighthag.

To provide some context, the closest portal to Shadow Wharftown is in a zone where hostile mobs are able to spawn. Most people who take the portal have had to change servers to get there and emerge without wards. As result, the players will rather run to Wharftown and let the NPC's handle the hostile mobs rather than engage in battle themselves.
