Runes of different types stack. Sad!

Today I found out that runes of different grades stack into the same pile. At the very least, a greater forged rune will stack into a lesser forged rune, resulting in a stack of 2 lesser forged runes. I hate Arelith

I've had this happen with a master rune before. RIP dude.
If lawyers are disbarred and clergymen are defrocked, shouldn't it follow that cowboys would be deranged?
