Stuck in walk speed after stealth and detect mode

Hello everyone!
I have recently started playing on Arelith and have enjoyed it so far. But now there is a bug that makes it very hard to play my character.
I play a half-elf ranger (archer path)/AA that relies a lot on using stealth, detect and the ability to move around in combat. It has just reached lvl 12.
Recently I have experienced a change that happens after leaving stealth or detect mode. I would expect normal run speed to return when leaving stealth and when deactivating detect mode, but now it is stuck with walk speed. This started after one of the delivery quests where the package limits your speed to walk.
I have of course checked for encumbrance, and I can not find any effects being active.
The only fixes I have found so far is to relog or to move from one server to another. But once I activate stealth or detect mode again I'm stuck with walk speed.
I've even tried to toggle sticky combat modes, but that didn't help either.
Is this a known bug here on Arelith? I have played NwN for almost two decades, but never experienced something like this before.

Try toggling the -alwayswalk command on your character (pretty sure that is the console command anyways).

Two possibilities, in my experience:

One, NWN thinks you have the shift key depressed from recent chatter. This, along withe the Ctrl key, can happen often if you're a rapid typist like myself (OR have your mode changes on the shift or control hotbars). I'm famous for capitalizing too many letters. Just tap ctrl or shift while not in a chat context, see if that helps.

Two, as SomethingClever said, the walking commands might be on, though those tend to only work manually. The commands are

I don't think they persist through resets, though.

Toggling the -alwayswalk on and off seemed to fix it.

Edit: After testing it thoroughly today, I conclude that the fix worked and everything is all right again.
