Hi,
I'm also getting the character gained too many hit points issue when trying to relevel my character Agripa Steelguard, he's at level 1:
Character Name: Agripa Steelguard
Account Name: briadorn
Gained to many hitpoints.
Moderators: Active Admins, Forum Moderators, Active DMs, Contributors, Area Developers, Artist/Animator

This is an old issue. Ping DM channel in game, they have a wand to fix characters experiencing this.
