Notebooks in crafted bookshelves are showing up as empty half the time.
I wish there was more detail to this but it's just that: they aren't showing up. Erudite Arcanum library in particular; I don't have faction permission to remove the books and poke them back in to see if that helps.

I've noticed this too. Sometimes they show up with only a few of the notes inside instead of the full amount that they actually contain. You can try to close everything down and re-load it, but it can take multiple attempts.
