Pgcc Spawn Issue

Hey,

This is an issue I've witnessed present for some time. In the PGCC arena there is an option to spawn class builds. Usually this doesn't work, except on rare occasion. I am not quite sure why this is the case.
To believe in an ideal is to be willing to betray it.

I've noticed that when it doesn't work, those spawns happen in other arenas.
