Player made Remove Fear scrolls do not satisfy material requirements for thr Sergeant Cloak.

Loot matrix remove fear scrolls do.

This is a known bug and well documented, .... but preach on friend. Please please fix this.

if you have one loot remove fear and you add scribed remove fear scrolls to the stack they all work to the recipe
