It appears that the recipe doesn't recognize shield dwarfs as being capable of crafting it; after swapping out a crafted cone of cold for a loot matrix'd one, I was still unable to create it.

Try a different server and attempt again.

Same problem is present when tested on DS

I checked the recipe here, and it seems fine. Are any other dwarves having this problem?

Any further reports of this issue? If no response, will close this out, maybe just an isolated hiccup. If it's still an issue, please verify.

Wasn't able to replicate, but had to move the system to the new racial handler anyways.
