Issue: When you go from Talassian Stronghold in New Stonehold to the Abyss using the portal, it transfers you from Surface to C&P. When you go back to Surface server, it sends you to the area you left the server from last-- which is the New Stonehold Abyss Portal area. Specifically, the Abyss Portal, thus sending you BACK to the Abyss on C&P. You cannot transition back to Surface.
Suggested fix: Make the portal a click-item a la Portal Destinations, holes in walls, shadowdoors, etc. instead of a transition box or area or whatever.

Update: (kudos to Complex) switching username has fixed this issue.
