This spell seems to be functionally useless as the dominated undead creatures won't do anything
- they do not respond to the player tool until an area transition or the -fetch command is used
- they will not attack anything that does not directly attack them (they won't respond to the player tool directing them to attack either)

What I've found is that any sort of domination sort of wipes a creature's AI. You have to let it attack something of its own volition - i.e: by default, NOT with player tool - before it kicks in and can then do stuff. You can then player tool it to your heart's content.
