Suggestion:
A ship based in the Crow's Nest that can temporarily be purchased by someone, much like the temporary shops in Cordor.
Ships are great, but tend to be one of those extremely limited resources that is bought and used as a trophy, a base of operations for only a tiny few, or a mobile residence, leaving a lot of others without access. Which is a shame, since there is a lot of potential fun that could be had by many.
With a ship that can be temporarily owned, this would allow a significantly larger populace the chance to have access to the high seas and what they have to offer as well.
Perhaps a ship could be rented out for a given number of hours (up to a certain limit, perhaps 1 IG day) for a decent price tag and not allow the same person to rent it again for some cooldown period, like perhaps 1-2 RL days.
