The Abbot of Soulhaven says that they want only monks to own quarters.
The quarters are not actually limited by monk levels, last I checked, because non-monks have had quarters.
This leaves it nebulously IC to enforce, which is bad. It's like if Sibayad PCs had to enforce laws themselves, something the DMs heavily frown upon.
Can we either change the dialogue about quarter ownership or add an actual class check to it? It's way too much overhead for DMs to manage this.
I suppose I'd be more in favor of making it more open in case there aren't a lot of monk PCs playing at any time, and also because the commonality of monk dips without strong monastic character themes would make a class check... Bad? Unless it was ten levels of monk, I guess.
If this is a can of worms that has been opened previously, I apologize!

Re: Soulhaven Quarters
There seems to be a problem with the governing scripts, or my set up of them (likely the latter).
Given this an error on my side I'm not personally comfortable with my ordering people to leave. Once fixed, things will gradually normalise.
