Haper Scout: few things

Messing around with Harper Scout on the PGCC and a few things came up. Are these bugs?

1. Path changes announcement Oct 25 2018 says improved sneak @ 3 & 5, but not seeing the feats nor does it appear to be scripted when I tested. I didn't see an announcement where it was removed.

2. Great dexterity is an unavailable epic feat. This one might be intentional, but I'm not sure.

3. Wary Alertness (and Sharp Alertness its predecessor) shows up in feats, but I don't see that in the updates. Is that meant to be there?

1. Not a bug, this was removed intentionally, and should not have slipped the announcements forum- if it did, then such is life.

2. This will be handled on an upcoming patch day.

3. Not a bug, prereqs in the feat description should be accurate.

The above is all second-hand, and I will edit this post accordingly if I receive any additional information that should contradict it.
