Mountain Guide Not Working

The Spires Mountain guide near Jorey's Lodge will no longer take you to Brogendenstein.
I'm guessing this got bugged when the area got updated maybe?
It'd be neat if it still did.

Did you test both characters. Last time I was there, both gave you the dialogue but only one worked.
