Things not loading in properly

Things aren't loading in properly. Sometimes it's NPCs. Sometimes shop stalls. Often it is portals.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Just play the game. If I leave an area and come back, sometimes this happens. Other times it does not.


Expected result

To be able to see what is there.

Cannot see things which are there.

I've only noticed this at the hub and treadstone portal areas. I don't know if it's only happening there of if that's just where I'm noticing it because of how obvious an invisible portal or shop is.

Relogging fixes this most of the time, but then it just happens again. I've never had it happen until a couple days ago and now it's become really common. I've checked my game files and everything should be fine, but I haven't done a full re-install.

Just to add to this:

Had a little run around Andunor to check every area while the bug was happening to me, and the only things I've noticed missing are the portal and shops nearest the portal, both hub and treadstone. Between the missing objects, if NPCs move into them, they will either vanish entirely (their shadows remain) or they will begin walking on the spot and teleporting around. No other areas seem affected, at least this time around.

It's almost always due to lag that non-static objects are slow to load in, especially in busy areas like the ones you mentioned. But it's Very strange that they wouldn't Eventually load. Can you confirm the issue persists through a clean install of NWN, with no overrides, and you're on 8193.13?
