Wild magic surge DC

I am just bringing it to attention I've noticed the DC on surges can be a bit weird. Mostly with the grease surge so far but obviously it's hard to check DCs across the surge table ingame as a player.

But essentially the problem is surges carrying a DC of 1. No level mods or attribute modifiers. Just 1. for any tests of the surge spell for Grease. And seems to repeatedly happen when surging grease.
