Duergar Hexblade Autodelete

When trying to make a duergar hexblade the character is deleted on joining server.
Steps to reproduce

Make a duergar hexblade
Expected result
-----------------------
Make a character as normal
Actual result
-------------------
The character instantly is deleted.

I managed to spot on one attempt a lot of 'equipment swapout' messages in the combat log.

As for what's causing this. My suspicion is the autogenerated gear you start with in either race or hexblade is conflicting in some manner. Causing the script to autodelete the character.

This is a known bug.

The tldr is you get a 31 point buy due to how BioWare coded new character creation point buy. It plays very poorly with any race that has -4 to an ability score whenever you take your first level in a class that auto spends that ability score to 11.

For an immediate fix, you can create your character with a different first level class than hexblade, or anything that auto spends charisma to 11.

You can select hexblade on first level, you just have to hit the recommended button at the screen you assign abilities which calculate point spend the right way. You can reassign the points afterward (except the ones that get you up to 11 in charisma)
