1. When the owner logs out, the lease shouldn't last for the full 24h, but instead something reasonably shorter. (5 IG hours?)

2. When the lease has run out, the ship should automatically return to its home harbour.

Edit:
3. You should be able to return and release a ship when you've reached your planned destination (without having to return to the sign in the home harbour).
