Bug or Correction? GSF Illusion + Spellsword

Main issue - Lack of Clarity?
Gained Level 21 with GSF Transmutation and GSF Illusion as a spellsword. Per the Wiki, only epic spells seem to be locked so I was excited to be able to send messages to best emulate the character concept I had (Mystran Ranger, whom are capable of the Weavespeak ability that lets them communicate directly over the weave.).

Unfortunately, it seems to be either bugged or strangely locked. The ability didn't seem to include any mention of summoning something, so I do not know if this is intentional or unintentional. The ability did just seem more akin to a more advanced version of Wisp bottles and Speedies, which of course do work for Spellswords.

All epic spells, including command spells like -scry, except Epic Mage Armour. Other side effects and non-epic commands work as normal.

Spell Focus: Illusion

Greater Spell Focus: Enables the -project_image command (This ability has a minimum level requirement of 21.). Once per rest (or every 10 minutes), the character may send -project_image as a tell to another PC or type -project_image [Character Name], after that the game will ask you to input your message, and the next sentence that you write will be hooked as your message.
Your character's avatar, with the appropriate -conjure or -cast visual, disguise (if any), and/or polymorph state, will appear like a Speedy Messenger beside the target and relate your message. If you are targeting a PC on a different server, they will instead see only a "Mysterious Ball of Light".

Spell Focus: Transmutation

Greater Spell Focus:
Allows a character, by travelling to the correct place (the locations of which are In Game information), to activate Golems from their constituent parts so long as the character is Level 15 or over.
Enables the -teleport command to be used if the character is at least level 21. This allows the character to open the same dialogue from a portal anywhere and travel to any known portal node. Usable once per 10 RL minutes (refreshes on rest), as long as the transmuter is not in a no-portal area, like the ones created by the epic abjurer.


This is at the same tier as GSF Transmutation, and the teleport feature of GSF Transmutation still works for Spellsword. (Which follows the same rules)
I still do not see the reason it's locked, sorry, beyond either being an oversight (due to no-one taking GSF Illusion on SS before) or a weird unlisted restriction/exception to GSF Transmutation.

from what i can tell project image and teleport should be fine, if it's not this is a bug - they are no longer meant to be considered 'epic spells'
