Been many years in game since the smuggler in Cordor for Sencliff was removed. Could a new one be added?

This was removed for IC reasons. Consequences of IC actions of some PCs.
It will be up to Irongron whether it gets replaced or not.

The question is has enough time passed that the smugglers might... smuggle back in? Or perhaps they should be in a new area of Cordor? Need to discuss with the team.
