Once again: Exile and Bluff

After the fix, I was able to get into the city, but after I was kicked (By NPC) out again - My PC stuck in endless row of auto fail bluff to avoid exile.
Characters Status:
Jencent b'Ack - Got lost in the shadow plane & Died by unknown disease..
Angwil Bronzehand - Kickin and Screaming & Alive.
Waiting for Skeletons as playable race.

Okay. Maybe something wrong with my PC? Coz i can't get in even with low bluff. (37>44>48>52>58>63>67>73>77)

ADD: Yeah, i tested it. If my Bluff lower tha 40 - i can get in the city, but if i have bluff higher - i'll always fail NPC check.

I am also having this exact issue, I am auto failing now, when before I was succeeding nearly 70% of the time.

Lol. Now my PC is fixed. I just lower my bluff score to 38, then enter the town, then rise my bluff to 77 and now my PC can walks near streats without any threat to be kicked out.

I lowered mine to 26 and tried is all through the ranges up to 32 and nothing.

Still seems bugged for me, no matter how low or high my bluff is.

Tried a few things to fix this with DM Wake with no success. Any ideas or updates on how to fix this?

I watched Nix725 try the transition about 15 times (at my request to see), so can confirm this is still an issue.
