Radiant Heart Cracking Some Skulls Too high Level

Im working through radiant heart writs as a level 30. I took the writ "Cracking some skulls" but i get the message that im too high level so wont get any progress on the writ. Have tried and it wont record any progress. I also cant abandon the writ from the ring.

I asked on discord and was told this might be a bug because RH writs should have no max level requirement?

Same issue here, only difference is that I now have a courier quest that I can't complete/remove on my ring. And I'm at lvl 25 not 30.

Others have commented on this in discord too.

Edit: From what I've gathered they are just offering a lot of normal writs, and no RH writs? Not too used to surface/RH so I can't confirm, but again other commenters in Discord have made the same statement.

Reading the closed bug report on pirate quests I realized the connection. And now 48 hours later I have access to RH quests again (I still have an unremovable courier quest on my ring though?).

You may have to live with it, or maybe a DM could just give you a new ring (or complete the quest for you).
