Can't Skiff to Shore at Guldorand Logging Camp

I've just completed testing every single possible docking point for mainland Arelith.

The Guldorand Logging Camp was the only point I could not get off the boat at. Speaking to the Boatswain resulted in nothing happening- no script error outputs, just the dialogue closing.
Ganus- Riding the Isle (Active)
Aura Bigstep - Got Out Ahead (Retired)
Egos Ironhide - Shelved

The Dock was not setup for Guldorand, this has been fixed.
