Assassin Quest System

The assassin quests, specifically the NPC ones and not the player bounties, are described here as being accessible at level 1. They're actually accessible at a later level (presumably 3 or 5). I've put this down here in the bug forum, either to have it fixed or for clarification as to whether or not this level requirement was intended.

You can't access the NPC until you hit level 5 Assassin, so it doesn't matter anyway.

The description is correct. If you have at least 1 assassin level, you can take the assassin quests. Not being able to access the NPC's location until lvl 5 is a different matter (if you find a way to bypass that, the NPC will speak with you). Closed.
