Ship Bug: Circling Sandbank Vigorously

We sailed from Guldorand to Brogdenstein with the Flagship. We encountered a sandbank and visited it. We returned course to Brogdenstein, but after a while I noticed we were still by the sandbank.

I had to change course to a different location and then back to brog to leave the Sandbank.

I assume this happens with every location encountered. But thus far haven't tested.

I finally got a chance to test it. And it happened again as I expected.

Going from Cordor to Crows Nest I visited a sandbank.
When I ordered the ship to go to Crows Nest the navigator says "We're already on our way to Crows Nest" and the ship remains at the sandbank.
