Lower Lore Requirement for Red Dragon Disciple

Lower Lore Requirement for Red Dragon Disciple

As per the Title.

I love the idea of it and the class is already locked behind a major reward (unless you are a lizard). I'd like to see it be able to be used in more combinations to go along with its price tag.
