At the moment Perfect Health is the only way to get access to higher level poison crafting without being a particular class (that is; a monk, assassin, blackguard, or druid). However, the prerequisites (25+ CON and Great Fortitude) are out of reach of the majority of builds, even those that might otherwise have perfectly practical IC reasons to want to employ poisons.
Even if you do meet the prerequisites, the feat's use beyond poison access is pretty much meaningless - Most characters will achieve practical Disease and Poison immunity through a combination of base saves and heal checks in any case, and a character with a CON score beefy enough to meet the prerequisites for Perfect Health is almost certain to do so - Making the mechanical effect of the thing about as relevant as handing a match to someone with a flamethrower.
Remove the prerequisites, and it at least picks up a niche utility as a 'Hey, you can take this to access high-level poison crafting.' Which is still a fairly significant opportunity cost, given it means forgoing another epic feat.

Re: Remove Prerequisites from Perfect Health
I don't want to remove them entirely, but approved for making the prerequisites reasonably attainable.
