It'd make a lot of sense for someone who worships a member of a pantheon to be able to see the name of another deity within the same pantheon on an altar. For example if a PC worships Garl Glittergold they'd recognise an altar of Segojan Earthcaller.
Perhaps the same could also be extended to "clusters" of gods like the Furies or joining Ohgma, Deneir and Milil together in the same way.
