Recent weapon finesse update works partially

The recently added Scimitar and longsword are supposed to be working Weapon Finesse. I think. They are mentionned in the feat description, yet it does not seem to work.

HOWEVER

Swashbucklers do receive the bonus from Class feats if wielding the aforementionned weapons.

Which makes me wonder if I understood the update correctly in the first place.

If the update was only to allow STR swash build to use scimitars/longsword, then this bug report is worthless.
But due to the fact that the weapons are mentionned in the weapon finesse feat, I believe this bug report is valid.


Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
- Make a Swashbuckler. They receive Weapon Finesse at Lv1, so you can test if right away. Either on live or PGCC. Grab a scimitar or longsword at your local smith.

Expected result
-----------------------
- If your DEX mod is higher than your STR mod, you should see little to no difference in AB between using a scimitar/longsword and a dagger, because Weapon Finesse should apply to both.


Actual result
-------------------
- The DEX mod does not apply to the scimitar or longsword, the AB does not follow.

Drinking Bull's strength will increase the AB, that's one way to verify the feat does not apply.


EDIT : The character on which I experience that were created prior to the update. The PGCC char is a live character that was -transfer to PGCC.

EDIT N°2 : This is on a Halfling character, which have to two-hand these weapons.
Still, it's not explicitly written in the feat description that it does not work with two-hand mode. Perhaps it should work, even? I have no idea.

EDIT N°3 : It seems it's related to EDIT 2 rather than 1. I suggest give it a try by yourself with a small size race.

LAST EDIT : I looked about this some months ago but never replied, but this isn't an actual bug, it's just that you can't finesse a two handed weapon or something like that. So there it is, not a bug. Sorry :'(

On my bard on the character sheet I see no difference in ab when using a longsword, a dagger and being unarmed, and I have weapon finesse.
