The purpose of this post is to report a bug in which the Smuggler charges an incorrect 'fee'.
As a Buccaneer, the Smuggler would charge the character 5gp to travel to a location. Upon becoming a Dread Pirate, the Smuggler now says, "Oh, I know who you are! No charge at all", and then proceeds to charge 25gp.

It sometimes charge for 100gp too. My dread Pirate was being charged for 100gp at least.

Up until Dread Pirate, all is going well.
However upon reaching Dread ink, it seems the cost is randomly decided
Sometimes it's free, and sometimes it costs either 5, 25 or 100.
