Deepklin -> Lower Crystal Caves: Server Transition Broken

Description of Bug Experienced:
1) Used rope next to Harpy's Nest entrance [Surface]
2) Taken to Underdark entrance area with another transition [Surface]
3) Tried entering the next transition [Surface]
4) Taken to the Underdark server, in the 'Underdark (Upper) The Deepklin' area. [Underdark]
5) Tried to go back through the transition. [Underdark]
6) Error message: ((Error: Target Server Does Not Exist.)) [Underdark]

Please Note: Surface server is up.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
See step 5 above.


Expected Result:
Connect to Surface server, transition back into the Underdark entrance area.

Actual Result:
Stuck on Underdark server.

This has already been staged as a fix pending next reset. I got to this one earlier today.
