Faction Accounts

I've noticed something weird when making new factions. While the factions appear in the -factions list, their bank accounts have been sporadically disappearing from various bankers on all 4 servers. I'll refresh the faction taking it from 28 to 27 days before it needs a refresh, and sometimes the accounts will appear. However, other times the account stays hidden. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to this. This has persisted through multiple server resets now, as I know sometimes factions need to go through a server reset before any of the changes made to them actually stick.

Also, a faction I made on one server has not propagated to the other servers even after a couple server resets.
