Not receiving XP when killing creatures?

Description of Bug Experienced:
(please include information of what you did, that lead up to the bug, what you expected to happen there, and what actually happened, then move on to describe below:)

Believe it happened on the 16/11/2020 after handing in a Writ (Reavers) - which subsequently caused me to level, im wondering if past a threshold that then prevented me from gaining XP? (Like what happens when you dont level up)

Steps to reproduce the Bug:

Kill Creature

Expected Result:

Receive XP

Actual Result:

No XP Gained

I am getting the same issue. I've attempte to relog, restart the game and server hop!

Yeah ive temporarily changed my login name, and its ok - maybe ive been slapped by a DM for stealing hoodoo coins?

Appears to of resolved itself now.
