Half Elves

I would like to suggest half elves being allowed to use Elf only equipment seeing as they are half elven and would make the race a lot more appealing to players on Arelith.

EDIT TO REPLY: I was thinking of the elven helmet, there is the moon blade, however that might be asking too much.

I've a feeling there's balene issues to discuss here, so I don't want to touch on this too much. But I will say lore wise halfelves can use full moonblades, so I don't see why not lesser moonblades?
