More trash cans at the Hub in Andunor

Howdy

Players litter the Hub too much
Might as well add more trash cans around the Hub. Specially around the traders

There are three trash barrels in total. One near the NPC merchants near the hub portal, one near the bar and lounge area, and now one near player temp shops.
