Bring back the old beast fight rewards, if the issue with players of inappropriate alignments doing it is a problem it can probably be written into the script to not allow players of certain alignments from competing, like LG paladins.

The pit used to be a huge thing in Andunor that brought the playerbase together and gave them their own thing that they could be happy about. Now it is a basically a joke. If the surfacers want something give them a gladiator arena or something up in Cordor where they can compete in tournament or something.

Make the beast consume the souls of those it kills again... Make the beast great again.

Or if the beast doesn't seem appropriate make something similar for the whole server in Sibiyad with an increasing level of difficulty and actual risk, like character deletion, so there is something similar to the glory that being an old champion had.
