Cover given while skin showing

Robe 143 grants cover on the arms and neck but shows skin still.

Also, which robe is it? it says 231 in the screenshot but you said its 143?

Sorry I've got an old habit of accessing the appearance changes through the crafting skills. Its 143 when accessed via Crafting skill, and 231 when accessed through the rest menu. Added a helmet to be in cover and took a better screenshot of the outfit.

I've found many more robe options that offer cover while still showing skin. I can go through the whole list and check if that helps out. This is what I saw so far.

Bicep number 63 shows the upper arm almost fully but counts as cover.
