I encountered this oddity.
Not sure if the tribal warrior actually use oth weapons. But mechanically they shouldn't be able to (dual)wield a battle axe and a hand axe since no smallsized PC could.

So it would seem contradicting that the tribesmen should not also be same size since they already should mimic the race and appearance for the playerThey share race and armor type of the Barbarian. Tribesmen don't use the fat phenotype and are always randomly gendered.
