Spellsword dual-imbue does not work with Swashbuckler levels

Description of Bug Experienced:
If you have 21 Spellsword levels and 3 Swashbuckler levels, dual imbues do not work.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Start with 3 levels Swashbuckler
Then 3 levels Fighter
Then 21 levels of Spellsword
Be dualwielding

Expected Result:
Dual imbues x 2 and +3 to damage to each weapon

Actual Result:
One imbue and +3 to damage

Additional Information/Notes
When you imbue a weapon as a Swashbuckler you also have to switch the weapons around to get the Swashbuckler damage boost.

You shouldn't have swashbuckler bonus damage on off hand?

I don't remember where I got it, but swash only applies to main hand.

If there's issues beyond that, then yes bugs.

Yeah - the problem is the second imbue simply replacing the first imbue.

Oh, I just realized to test something - a work-around is to only equip one weapon at a time. So, mostly an annoyance

EDIT: Something removes the dual imbues, so no, the workaround doesn't work
