No appraise roll | Oozemaster

Description of Bug Experienced:
Character with relevant appraise has no roll (visible in log text) and no effect of prices with Andunor / Oozemaster

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
repeated the conversation and checked the prices with character of zero appraise

Expected Result:
Log gives appraise roll results, prices modified.

Actual Result:
nothing happend

I was having the same issue with the merchants on Skal aside from the jeweler and scroll seller. However, it started working again the next real life day.
