Sell jewelry box contents not working

I just tried to sell the contents of my jewelry box at the Sibayad jeweler Jhib'ali but got no gold for it. I used the "sell contents of this jewellery box" option of the NPC.

My jewelry box emptied, it was around 13 lbs prior to talking to the NPC and now weighs 0.4 lbs. I got no combat log text saying I received gold, and the gold in my bag is the same as it was prior to talking to the NPC.

There's no lag on distant shores right now, but surface is lagging quite extensively. I don't think that could influence anything but figured I'd note it anyways.

Can you give an estimate on the time it was done? Was it before or after the server went down for maintenance/update?
