Create Ammo With Weapon Focus

Suggestion: give every character with a weapon focus in a ranged weapon class the free 1/day bundle currently available to rangers/AAs.

Rationale: Lack of access to this feature doesn't impact the power level of any build that's still manually crafting its own arrows, it just makes them more tedious to play. If any such build is imbalanced, the solution is to address the imbalance itself, not gate itself behind punitive crafting maintenance requirements.

Edit: Assembly templates already gate ammo a little bit. No good reason to do it twice.
