The support ticket system does not appear to recognise special characters (a-umlaut and o-umlaut in my case), resulting in it not connecting player characters to the appropriate player name / forum account even after creating a new character on the same player name as per the solution offered by DM Hoodoo in the previous bug report topic of the same name.
Thus, I'm unable to submit a ticket, as there is no option to pick an available character whom the support request concerns.

What a solution may be then is to change your playername next time you log in. You can create a new forum account and login with those credentials instead.
