It seems the two new backlash spells, Ice Shield and Lightning Shield, are both not responding to attempts to scribe them (at least when wizards try to scribe them).
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Create a wizard that takes these two spells when leveling up (spells are acquired just fine via the level up screen). After that, put a few thousand gold in your inventory, get some blank scrolls, and attempt to scribe each of the spells.
Expected result
-----------------------
No spell will be scribed onto the scroll, and some sort of system message will appear to inform the caster that the action has failed.
Notes
---------
This test will not be effective on test server, because all item creation feats fail on PGCC.

Similar happened when the last spells got added. There's extra work to add them as scribable.

The fix is in the pipeline.
