The new staff appearances?

I remember a year back(march of last year, whew what a month) we had these staff appearances(at the bottom) supposedly added, but to this day I've still yet to see a single person using any of them...and couldn't find them for myself with hours of looking. Is it possible they never actually got added?

Yes, I was mistakenly under the impression these had gone live at the time, that was my mistake. Sadly I'm not sure they did.

Given that sometimes DM's give out one-of-a-kind items (unless that's a thing of the past), will we maybe see custom content like this reserved to these more special items given their more intricate appearance?
