Summon Familiar - Randomly doesn't summon

Description of Bug Experienced:
Summon Familiar doesn't summon your familiar despite it being available.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Currently sporadic. Uncertain why it happens.
1. Rest
2. Have Summon Familiar available
3. Use Summon Familiar

Expected Result:
Familiar to be summoned.

Actual Result:
Character moves like it's summoning the familiar, but nothing else happens.

Tried both. Occurs either way.

I've found this usually happens when my character is standing near walls/edges/doors mainly.
Is it happening to you when you're just in totally cleared space on all sides?

This happened to me as well. And on top of that there's the option to unsummon, which does nothing when you click on it on the hotbar.

Might be the issue. Using the pixie, so tend to be near chests.

EDIT: I think this actually might be the issue. Replicated it by standing directly in front of a chest. Familiar didn't spawn. Wonder if it's a Beamdog-related issue or not, though. I've been doing this for a long while and have only now started getting this issue within the past 2-3 months.

I swear I’ve failed summoning a familiar when I forget to take off armor. possible that it’s caused by arcane spell failure?

I've tried three times in a row to summon my familiar and it's a no show there were no walls or anything blocking I was completely out in the open, no armor or anything like that. I had to relog twice only to find it would not summon
