I made a new awesome looking hobgoblin.
Everything was fine, people were able to see me just fine then without any shift or indication I started getting tells that they can't see me. Apparently no one of the multiple characters was able to see me.
Although character I met before in the same area without loading areas in between was able to see me.
Also I couldn't see The Hobgoblin bully in the District House Sewers.

Did you or these characters switch servers at some point?
Something similar happens with the pit fiend models.
