Moving a bookshelf fixture does NOT move the bookshelf's "shelving tray" inventory placable.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Place any of the bookshelf fixtures (Crafting ID 1163 and 1165 in Carpentry, 1164 in Art Crafting). Use -move_fixture to move the bookshelf a significant distance, far enough that the space where it was originally placed is clearly visible.

Expected result
-----------------------
Each usage of -move_fixture also despawns the bookshelf shelving tray inventory and respawns it at the new location.

Actual result
-------------------
The bookshelf shelving tray inventory remains where the bookshelf was initially placed, and can be opened directly instead of only through conversation with the bookshelf.
