Unseen barrier prevents access to the Devil's Table sewer entrance.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1. Attempt to use WASD to get close to the door, or
1a. Attempt to click-move by selecting the door
2. Click on the door to open it
Expected Result:
Door can be accessed and opened.
Actual Result:
Character wanders attempting to find a path to the door without any success.

Additional Information/Notes
You can open the door if you go inside to out (sewer to Devil's Table). However, even with the door opened you can't go into the sewers from the Devil's Table still.
